White House Down

White House Down is a 2013 American action movie which is directed by Roland Emmerich and produced by Roland Emmerich, Bradley J. Fischer, James Vanderbilt, Harald Kloser, Larry Franco and Laeta Kalogridis. This is an action movie about an attack of paramilitary group on the White House. The movie was released on 28^th June 2013 in the America and on 19^th July it is going to be release in India.

The story of the film is written by James Vanderbilt. Channing Tatum and Jamie Foxx are in the lead roles in this movie.

Story of the Movie “White House Down”:

In the movie Jamie Foxx played the role of James Sawyer, the U.S President who proposes a controversial peace treaty with allied countries to remove the military forces from the Middle East countries which was there for many years.

While John Cale (Channing Tatum) is a U.S Capitol Police Officer who was struggling for better relationship with his daughter Emily (Joey King), who has a strong enthusiasm for politics. He hopes to impress her by getting a job in the secret services because she was a big fan of President. But his hopes of getting a job breaks when the interview is conducted by Carol Finnerty, his former college acquaintance, who believes that he is unqualified due to lack of respect for authority. After lying about his interview to his daughter they join a tour of the White House.  

After that a bomb explodes in the White House and some men who were working there kill the security and go to the armory room and get weapons. When the President hears the news what is happening in the White House. Therefore the secret serviceman managed to take him in the bunker. But when they reached in the bunker, secret serviceman kills other persons in the bunker and points his gun towards President.

White House Down

Cale is being held in the separate room by the men with guns. His daughter gets stepped out. When Cale gets away to find his daughter he hears what is happening in the bunker. Then he saves the President from the gun men.  

Cale tries to get the President away from the White House at a safer place in this condition but at the same time he has to save his daughter.

That’s the story of the film "White House Down" how he saves the life of both, the President and his daughter in such a difficult situation.

An estimate budget for this action movie is $150,000,000.

White House Down was released on 28^th June 2013 in the United States of America. Originally the release of the movie was scheduled for 2^nd November 2013.

White House Down will be releasing on 19^th July 2013 in India.

The movie is performing well in the USA and it is expected that it will be a successful film in India also.
