All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS), Bhubaneswar has released notifications for the various vacant posts in the institute. Details of AIIMS Recruitment 2013 like eligibility criteria, qualification, age limit, last date to apply etc. and other information are given below:

Age Limit :

The age criteria for the candidates is that their age should not be exceed 50 years for the posts of Assistant Professor and Associate Professor. And 58 years for the posts of Additional Professor and Professor.  There is an age relaxation of 5 years for the Govt. servants , SC, ST, OBC  and in otherwise for the exceptionally qualified and deserving cases.

Educational Qualification:

Postgraduate qualification of M.D/M.S/Ph.D/ D.M/ M.Ch in relevant speciality from the Indian University or equivalent degree recognized as such by the Medical / Dental Council of India etc.

Experience:

i.                 Professor - 13 years of Teaching/Research Experience and after Qualifying degree (3 years as senior resident or equivalent + 10 years as faculty).
ii.              Additional Professor: Candidate should have 9 years of Teaching/ Research Experience and after Qualifying degree candidate should be 3 years as senior resident or equivalent +6 years as faculty.
iii.          Associate Professor:  Candidate should have 6 years of Teaching/ Research Experience and after Qualifying degree candidate should be 3 years as senior resident or equivalent +3 years as faculty.
iv.           Assistant Professor:  Candidate should have 3 years of Teaching/ Research Experience and after qualifying degree candidate should be 3 years as senior resident or equivalent.
v.               For Super Specialists : 3 years pre MCh/DM
        degree residency will be counted as teaching 
        experience.
                        

Selection Process for the AIIMS Recruitment 2013:

Based on the bio-data, the selection committee may shortlist some candidates from others for the interview. At the time of interview they have to show their original documents in proof of detail.

Site of Interview: The interview of shortlist candidates will be held in the AIIMS, Bhubaneswar. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.

Application Fee:

The application fee is 1000 Rs and for the SC/ ST/ OBC candidates application fee is 300 Rs. To be paid by means of demand draft in the favour of AIIMS, Bhubaneswar and payment can also be paid through online method. The remitted fee will not be refunded.

How to Apply for the AIIMS Recruitment 2013:

Advertisement and Application form is hosted at the official website of AIIMS, Bhubaneswar www.aiimsbhubaneswar.edu.in. Application form has to filled online on the AIIMS, Bhubaneswar. The printed copy of the application form and other attested documents along with originals must be brought at the time of interview. The online filling of Application form will start from 29^th June 2013 on the official website and will close automatically on 29^th July 2013.
