based on the Xperia Z and Xperia Z Tablet. Its weight is nearly 212 grams. It
will be available in the market in Black, White and Purple colors.
According to Sony, it is the
world’s slimmest smartphone having thickness of 6.5mm and having large screen
of 6.4 inches having full HD display. Its large screen will help a lot in the
clear view of display.
Like previous two Xperia
handsets it is also waterproof and dust resistant. This very interesting to
know that it can be submerged safely in more depth than Xperia Z which is 1.5m.
Sony Xperia Z Ultra is
powered by 2.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor and having a RAM
of 2GB.
It will run on the latest
Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. There is internal storage of 16GB which is sufficient
for all your data storage and which can be expanded upto 64Gb with micoSD card.

Its screen has resolutions of
1080x1920 pixels and it is the first smartphone display that has Sony's latest
Triluminos technology.
